Oz Logistics communicates at National Management level to solve issues down to the depot floor if necessary. This process will enable your staff do what they’re best at and Oz Logistics to do the same.

Buying Power

Individually, many of our customers would struggle to attract better than reasonable rates from national carriers.  However, as the Freight Manager of those accounts, Oz Logistics negotiates collective rates from the same carriers that are highly competitive. That is why we cannot only make your business more efficient, but we can save you money.

Personal Attention

You would have an assigned National Account Manager who would be supported by our state based teams to provide ready “on the ground” resources for your business as and when required.  Our Customer Service team will be dedicated to managing freight enquiries and they are supported by the Customer Service Manager for escalated enquiries.

Account Simplicity

No matter how diversified your freight requirement, you only deal with one management entity - Oz Logistics. This also applies to your account.  We send you a single invoice, itemised by carrier, service type, origin and destination; simple and clear.  We also validate all carrier charges against despatch data and address any credit issues directly with the carriers.

Billing

Oz Logistics will provide the following Invoicing formats to you on a weekly basis.

  1. A single invoice covering all carriers and transactions in PDF format.
  2. An Excel based single invoice covering all carriers and customised to represent the information that best suits your business.
